Terms of Service – Rauhī Collective

Welcome to Rauhī Collective. By accessing or using our website www.rauhicollective.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any products or services from us (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and contributors of content.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and Services.

1. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have parental or guardian consent for any minors under your supervision. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone at any time for any reason.

  • Reproduce, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our Services without express written permission

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our Site.

Product prices, availability, and Services may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, Service, or feature of the Site at any time without liability.

5. Products and Services

Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities.

We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the actual product colors.

Custom prints (including Pepi and Pepeha prints) require customer approval. If no response is received within 1 week, the product will be sent as designed and any errors or changes requested afterward will not be eligible for a refund.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

6. Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis due to high demand or limited stock availability.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:

Estimated Dispatch Time
Pre-order items may take up to 4 weeks to ship depending on supplier availability and when our most recent supplier order was placed.

Estimated Timeframes
Any timeframes provided for pre-orders are estimates only and may vary due to supplier delays, manufacturing schedules, shipping disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Supplier Availability
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable from our supplier after a pre-order has been placed. If this occurs, the affected order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Combined Orders
If an order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise specified.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Pre-orders may only be cancelled before the supplier order has been placed. Once the supplier order has been submitted, cancellations may not be possible.

Delays
While we aim to fulfil all pre-orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside of our control. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of such delays.

7. Orders and Notifications

You must provide a valid email address for order notifications and tracking updates.

All order communications will be sent via email or direct messages on Instagram or Facebook. We do not provide order support via phone calls or text messages.

8. Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.

Orders are processed using non-signature delivery services. Rauhī Collective is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage once the order has been handed to the courier and tracking has been provided.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping addresses are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Billing and Account Accuracy

You agree to provide complete and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions made through our store.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including limiting quantities purchased per person, household, or order, or restricting orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

10. Optional Tools and Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations that we neither monitor nor control.

These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or guarantees. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

11. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not affiliated with Rauhī Collective. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content and we do not warrant or accept any liability for third-party materials, websites, or services.

12. User Comments and Feedback

If you submit comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant Rauhī Collective a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, publish, and distribute such content in any medium.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, or contains malware or harmful code.

Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
