For some, Afterpay is a convenient way to shop.
For others, regular repayments can sometimes make things tight when it comes to everyday living expenses.

This is why we have created our own gentle layby option.

No fees. No interest. No pressure.

Just a slower, more manageable way to pay so you can still access what you need/want without added stress.

We have kept Afterpay as a payment option because we believe in consumer choice, BUT we also wanted to create an option that feels more flexible and supportive, and understands that unexpected costs can arise.

Afterpay is there for convenience. It allows instant purchase with structured repayments.
Layby is there for flexibility. It is slower, pressure free, and fully in your control.

Our layby option is designed to be supportive, not stressful.

• No fees or interest
• Flexible payments at your own pace
• 100 percent refundable if your situation changes
• Your item is held while you pay it off

A starting payment is required to begin your layby. This is 10 percent of your order total and will be included in the payment details we send you.

As the maximum layby value is $250, the starting payment will never exceed $25.

Layby timeframe is up to 8 weeks.

The 8 week layby period begins from the date your order is placed.

To keep things manageable and supportive

• Max 1 active layby per customer
• Max layby value of $250

This helps prevent overwhelm and reduce the risk of debt.

🌿 How Layby Works

  1. Select “Layby (Bank Deposit)” at checkout

  2. Complete checkout and your order will be placed on hold

  3. You will receive an email within 24 hours with your payment details, including bank account information and the reference to use

  4. Make payments over time in a way that suits you. Please include your name and order number as a reference so payments can be tracked

  5. Once fully paid, your order will be shipped

🌿 Important Notes

• Payments are flexible, but communication is key
• If your situation changes, you can request a full refund at any time
• Refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible. If this is not available, store credit may be issued
• Orders will only be shipped once the layby has been paid in full
• Prices are locked in at the time your layby is placed and will not change once your order is confirmed
• If no payments or communication have been made within a reasonable period, or your layby is not completed within 8 weeks, we may reach out to check in before cancelling and refunding your order
