We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly and with care. Please read the following information before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are shipped using NZ Post Courier.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods (including Black Friday, Christmas, and promotional events), processing times may take up to an additional 3 business days due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these times.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival.

Address Accuracy
The buyer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate.
Rauhī Collective is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. Any re-shipping or redelivery fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Authority to Leave & Non-Signature Deliveries
All orders are shipped without signature required, unless otherwise stated (extra cost applies please contact us).
By placing an order, the customer authorises the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place at the delivery address.
Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Rauhī Collective is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed.
If you have concerns about parcel security, we recommend using a secure delivery address or arranging delivery to a location where someone is available to receive the parcel.
Delays & Courier Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier, delivery timeframes are outside of our control.
While we’re happy to assist with courier enquiries where possible, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather events, or customs processes.
